How do I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn, and let the first burn melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3 business days. You'll get a tracking email when your order is on its way.

What's the Christmas ordering deadline?

Order by December 16 for delivery before Christmas within the contiguous United States. After that, an Ergo gift card is delivered instantly by email.

Can I return an item?

Unused, unlit items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it. See Shipping & Returns.
