Shipping

Every Ergo candle is hand-poured in Addison, Texas. Orders ship within 3 business days, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Holiday deadline: order by December 16 for delivery before Christmas within the contiguous United States.

Returns

Unused, unlit items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Gift cards and lit candles can't be returned.

Damaged items

If anything arrives damaged, email accounting@ergocandle.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it free.
